This document includes troubleshooting recommendations and procedures that can help you solve problems arising from the configuration and usage of connectors.

Connectivity with Salesforce API. Refer Create Credentials
Authorize the credentials.
Once the credentials are verified, validate the further connections/ firewall issues.
Verify if firewall or network is blocking the traffic to Salesforce.
