Enhancements

Case Creation Checkbox Now Disabled by Default

The Add Similar Signal Cases checkbox on the case creation screen is now unchecked by default. Previously, the option was enabled by default, which led to instances of human error where analysts unintentionally added multiple similar signals to a case without meaning to. This often caused unintended increases in Time to Acknowledge (TTA) for case handling.

Fixes

Fixed Signals Auto-Mapping to Closed Cases

An issue has been resolved where newly generated signals were being automatically mapped to already-closed cases instead of appearing under Pending Review as expected. This behavior caused signals to surface incorrectly under Triaged Signals, bypassing the standard investigation workflow and allowing closed cases to continue receiving new signal associations. With this fix:

  • New signals are correctly routed to Pending Review.
  • Closed cases no longer receive new signal mappings.
  • Signal-to-case assignment now properly respects case status, ensuring investigation queues remain accurate and actionable.

Consistency in calculating TTD Values on the Signals listing Page

An issue causing Time to Detect (TTD) values to be absent or inaccurately calculated for signals on the Signals page has been resolved. Additionally, certain signals-particularly those tied to disabled workbooks-were displaying abnormally inflated TTD figures.

With this fix, TTD values are now consistently calculated and displayed across all generated signals.
