WHAT’S NEW

CREATE ONCE, USE ANYWHERE: LEVERAGE THE POWER OF RE-USABILITY: USING CALL AND RETURN BLOCKS

Call Block 

Return Block 

• Users now have the capability to effortlessly craft reusable content within their workbooks, streamlining the development process and enhancing productivity.
• Workbook chaining – Workbooks can now be called from others using the new Call and Return blocks.
• This reduces workbook development time and facilitates ease of change of content. Also, reusable workbooks are more reliable as the content is already tested.
• Use the Call block for scenarios where data is not modified e.g. for calling Notification workbooks. Know more.
• Use the Return block for seamless incorporation of changes back into the calling workbook e.g. for calling Enrichment workbooks. Know more 

EFFORTLESSLY SEND NOTIFICATIONS: INTRODUCING NOTIFICATION BLOCKS IN WORKBOOK 

Notification Block 

• Users can create Notification blocks as a mechanism for essential communication.
• Notification blocks can integrate seamlessly with other blocks in a workbook. These can also be reused across workbooks using the Call block functionality. Know more.
• The future releases will see integration with other platforms such as Slack, Jira, etc. 

PERSONALIZED FILTER PERSISTENCE FOR ENHANCED USER EXPERIENCE  

Save Filters

• Users can now save filters on pages such as Dashboards, Cases, Workbooks and more.
• Say goodbye to repetitive efforts. Users can effortlessly return to their filtered view without the need to recreate filters on each visit.
