Edit Organization

  1. Hover on the Administration icon on the left navigation bar of the home screen.
  2. Select Organizations from the options displayed under the Administration icon.
  3. Click on the organization name from the organization list.
  4. On the organization view screen Click on Edit Organization at the top right corner.
  5. Modify organization details as required.

Organization Name

Enter the name of the organization

Authentication Type

  • Standard- If an organization does not follow MFA or SSO authentication type
  • MFA
  • SSO 

Session Inactivity Timeouts

  • Organization administrators can configure web session inactivity timeouts.
  • The minimum session inactivity timeout period can be set to 30 minutes.


6. Validate the organization details and click Save on the bottom right corner to update  organization details.

Enable SSO for an Organization
